How to Apply for Housing

Instructions for New Students applying for Housing:

Log in to your OneStop with your AP Onestop username & password. Then click on the "Housing Portal" tile. You must be a fully admitted student to access your myAPHousingPortal

 A financial commitment of $100 must be made in order to receive/book a room for the term you are applying for.  This prepayment fee is applied to the cost of your room once fee statements are issued.  

 Room and Meal plan selection vary based on term and classification: 

For Academic Year applicants:

  • Once room selection opens in Late February/Early March, you will be able to pick your own room from what we have available. 

For Spring Only applicants: 

  • A manual assignment will be made for you by a member of our staff on a first-come; first-serve basis.

If you need to cancel your housing application, you may do so by logging into your myAPHousing Portal Via Onestop and selecting the application you wish to cancel.  On your final 'Application Status' page, there is an option to cancel. To reclaim your $100 pre-payment, you must cancel by May 1st.
